Shipments

The shipping code can be found in the Orders area of your Account and in the shipping confirmation email.

The courier cannot schedule a delivery time or schedule appointments.

We therefore invite you to provide a valid delivery address, making sure there is always someone (for example, your workplace or the address of a relative of yours).

We remind you that the courier will try to deliver the package purchased leaving, in the absence of the recipient, a notice of non-delivery on which is present the telephone number of the area headquarters and the shipment number of the package.

In the event that the recipient does not give further instructions for the return, the courier will make a second attempt.

If the recipient is absent again, the goods will remain in stock at the local branch of the courier waiting for instructions, before automatically returning to our warehouses.
